Płatność, zwroty i gwarancja

1) Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in the parblo.pl Store:

  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) – if available for the chosen delivery method

  • Online card (electronic payment)

  • By card on collection/at the collection point – if available

  • Traditional transfer / payment based on invoice (for companies – if available)

  1. If you buy as a Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights , you can withdraw from a distance contract (online purchase) within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The 14-day period is generally counted from the day on which you (or a person indicated by you) received the Goods .

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a statement by e-mail to: info@parblo-store.pl .

  4. Please return the goods within 14 days of submitting the declaration to the return address:

  5. The cost of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless the Seller expressly informs otherwise.

  6. The payment is refunded in accordance with the regulations – as a rule, the Seller refunds the payment no later than within 14 days of receiving the declaration (with the right to withhold until receipt of the goods or proof of posting).

  7. Please return the Product in its entirety (device + accessories + documentation) and in a condition that allows for its evaluation. The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the Product if it has been used in a manner that goes beyond normal inspection.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law (e.g. sealed software/media after opening, certain digital content after commencement of performance, etc.).

3) Returns of stationary purchases (personal collection)

If you make a purchase in-store (on-site) and want to return the goods just because you have changed your mind: Polish law does not provide an automatic right to return in such a situation – it depends on the seller’s policy.

If the Seller provides voluntary returns for stationary purchases, the conditions (deadline, condition of the goods, required documents) are provided in the Store or communicated upon purchase.

4) Complaint (non-conformity of the goods with the contract) – regardless of the warranty

If the goods are defective or inconsistent with the contract, you can submit a complaint to the Seller (this also applies to in-store purchases). We accept complaints:

In your report, please describe the issue, provide your order number/proof of purchase, and your contact information. If necessary, we will advise you where and how to return the product for verification.

5) Warranty (commercial) – 12 months

  1. The seller provides a 12-month warranty on Parblo products .

  2. The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase confirmed by a receipt, invoice or other purchase document.

  3. The warranty is implemented in particular by repairing or replacing the defective element (part) or, if necessary, replacing the device.

  4. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage , flooding, overvoltage, improper use, unauthorized service intervention and natural wear and tear.

  5. In the event of a service request, we recommend that the product be delivered in its entirety to enable proper diagnosis.

  6. If the defect concerns a specific item, the defective part is replaced , not the entire set.

Important – Rules for Using the Workspace:
Parblo tablets/devices are designed to work with dedicated input devices (e.g., pen/stylus) designed for a given model. Using non-designated tools (e.g., standard pens/pencils) or accessories incompatible with the device may cause damage and may be grounds for denial of warranty service.
